Energy work with a grounded, down-to-earth approach

Coming home to yourself. Without dogmas. Without detours.

What I share is no magic. It is no esoteric secret.

It's nothing more and nothing less than learning to feel what has always resided within you.

We all have something within us that is greater than what we have been taught.

A place that needs nothing to be whole.

I’m Nancy.

I’m not a guru, and I don’t believe in hierarchy. But I’m not just another guide either. Years of training and deepening didn’t teach me to sense energy that was always there, and I was already using it in my work.

What this tradition has given me is the ability to refine, sharpen, and deepen it. So I can not only understand it better for myself, but also apply it clearly and cleanly in supporting others.

I can sense movement sometimes beyond words or stories. I see patterns, fields, and connections. Not to tell you how to be, but to explore together what is truly alive within you.

My curiosity began early. how we move, feel, and respond, and how all these layers come together in a bigger whole. Over time, I refined my perception and deepened my understanding, so I can help others find their own natural flow – in a way that is clear, grounded, and self-sustaining.

Energy has always been a key part of my life. Not just because I could sense the atmosphere in a room as a child, but because I always wanted to understand how we, as human beings, move through life. How emotions arise, why patterns keep repeating, and how the subconscious influences our choices.

That curiosity had two tracks.

On one hand, a deep fascination with the human experience as a whole, energy, behaviour, emotion, and the unseen field where it all meets.

On the other, my years of codependency taught me to constantly scan environments and signals for safety. That part belonged to survival, but energy itself, separate from any pattern has always been a natural presence in my life.

Only when I learned to separate the two did I realise that this work is not about oversensitivity or survival, but about something far more fundamental: the flow of life force that is always present within us.

Over the years, I explored many traditions, approaches, and methods. Some felt inspiring, others limiting. Many seemed to revolve around systems, labels, or spiritual detours. Then, about sixteen years ago, something different crossed my path: the teachings of the Paq’os from the Andes. Not as dogma or lofty truth, but as a direct experience of energy in its purest form. Without fear. Without ego. Without external tools. Energy is energy – nothing more, nothing less.

It didn’t resonate immediately. There are many streams within the Andean tradition, and not all spoke to me. But eventually, I found an approach that fit exactly what I was looking for, one that was grounded, clear, and stripped of stories and projections.

After years of study, travel, and practice, this work has become part of me. I’ve learned to refine my perception, use my own experience as my compass, and shape my way of working in a way that stays true to my vision:

No spiritual la-la land.

No magic tricks.

Just you, your body, and your life force.

It’s a process of learning that you need nothing outside yourself.

That you can hold your feelings without being swept away by them.

That you don’t need to prove you are enough.

And that you can love freely, without losing yourself.

I don’t guide from a pedestal.

I stand beside you.

With both feet on the ground.

With the conviction that everyone, no matter how broken they might feel, has a place inside them where nothing is broken.

If this resonates with you, you’re welcome here.

You don’t need to become anything.

You just need to remember who you have always been.
